The administrator password is set as blank on a default installation you moron!

And even if it would have a password you would be able to change it because the first account you create after install is automatically a member of the administrators group, so you wouldn't have to know the old password to change the administrator password. This so called newbie hack won't work if you're a user in the users-group.

this isnt really hacking... everyone who at least has a bit of knowledge in computer knows this... besides you need a admin account to do this in case you havent noticed. therefore this cannot be done in school computers or pretty much locked computers.
