Pretty neat that you were there to catch it and share it with us. Do you ever go over to Art Lake? Go to it the same way as packwood lake but just before you get to the parking lot, turn right up the hill. Go about three miles uphill, and just keep o the main road uphill to you get to the top of the hill. Turn around and the first road to the right goes in about 400 feet and there it is. Art lake is called that because of it's beautiful setting.

natural erosion from the lake. there was no wind when they fell, just roots poppin' long enough for me to grab my camera.
