Great advice Stephon, but I noticed a real simple way to talk to women is to initially compliment them on a piece of accessory or what outfit they have on. I think this opens a women up, because women tend to put much time and effort into their appearance, and if you compliment them, or ask where did they get that piece of what ever from their is always a story behind it.

It's because the ugly guys are normally so sure they don't have a chance with the hot girl they don't make an effort for her attention like 90% of the other males do that she comes into contact with.
