Thank you so much for making this video. I am trying to get started exercising but I feel so inadequate in the gym. I walk on the treadmill but even walking seems to be difficult. Thanks for the info on the interval training. I am gonna try to keep at it. Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm definitely gonna have to try calorie shifting! That's something I've never heard of before, thanks!! Congrats on 100 pounds down? Have you met your goal or are you still going?
@pretbrwneyes Yeah, you should def try it cause it really does keep your body guessing. Your welcome. and thanks for the congrats. I haven't met my goal yet. I'm trying to get to around 135 so I still have about 25 to 30 lbs to go.

lol...I could not jump either @ 255.5. I could do 3 jump rope jumps at the time. Now I can jump rope 20 mins at a time.
