I'm opposed 2 disenfranchising legitimate voters but there is also the fact of voter registration fraud (which BTW, ACORN quickly pointed 2 suspicious voter registrations). It is the voter's responsibility 2 make sure there info is correct. If something changes, update UR voter registration ASAP. We need 2 protect ourselves.

So what do you do about this. Oh, let's see. If I just registered and haven't voted before, I go to the elections office to confirm my registration after I have sent it. If there are errors, I correct them. And the best thing is, it doesn't take that much time and I only have to do it once, unless I move. So now, I know that I can vote, Problem solved. But I do have an unfair advantage. I take responsibility for myself and don't blame others, so I don't have the problems of others

Acorn was legally required to turn in every form that was filled out and given to them. They sorted the forms into stacks and told the election boards that some appeared to be fraudlent. I'm still not sure what acorn was doing wrong other than registering people to vote and following the law.

Acorn cooperated in the investigations of the employees that were turning in the falsified registration forms. Apparently they did have some employees being paid per application they submitted at some point, but if you can find one case of a false vote because of Acorn, I'll be surprised. I'm not saying it would have been impossible, but I am saying that it would be very unlikely to do in a large enough quantity to impact the election, and the company itself was following the law.

This video is talking about registration errors not voter suppression. When you have people doing paperwork errors do happen.

I work in Louisiana's polls and we have had a government issued ID requirement for years. But if a voter doesn't have an ID, they answer a few questions (their home address, date of birth and mother's maiden name) and if correct we complete a Voter Identification Affidavit and then they can vote.
