Heavy Load aren't the only learning disabled band in the UK. I know because I'm in a learning disabled band called Beat Express. But they must've been the first of the kind, and I must say they've done tremendously well to go for over 12 years. One of the support musicians for my band has even performed with them in a few gigs in the past. I'm trying to link up with them as friends on MySpace.
