hey i noticed alot of you guys are wandering on the best paper to stop bleeding etc i am using the copic sketch pad and the pages are bleed proof and are made for these markers so nothing better hope this helps also this video shows high lighting and texture examples what i use to highlight texture etc is just a whit jeel pen ball point and i also have a 1 mil pigment marker just a white pen its good for what i do becuase for my graffiti i prefer clean angels etc

What paper is good to use with copic markers? D;

just use marker paper, bienfang letaset canson copic brand etc. you get get them off of dickblicketc. i would recommend biefang just because it is good quality and cheap

hi is water colour paper gd for these markers as with alot of markers if you keep on using the marker on the same spot it starts to rip the paper up

Watercolor paper has long soft fibers so it isn't very good for marker coloring because 1. It will suck all the ink from your marker 2. Because of the long strands in the paper the color will feather out too much, especially if you are trying to stay within the lines of a stamped image....

tnx for the tips ma'am. it helped me a lot. im new in this area. i accidentally saw videos about on how to use copic markers and...........................­........................ its amazing. my enthusiasm in drawings came back. i dused to draw anime character but im not fund of using this color markers till i see some of this video in you tube. tnx again ma'am. :)
