@Molinkintov ounce you get the Sims 2 Univercity and click "Change To:" on your simradio and click on college rock, its not bad. Besides, they make real song into sim version aka Pocket full of sunshine.

You don't need boolprop to do motherlode.

you just need to go into your sim2 familys house. During gameplay you need to type ctrl shift c [AT THE SAME TIME] type motherlode and then hit enter. You should have 50,000 simoleons after that. You can do it various times.
