I have a PAL Ps2, I have a modded ps2 using free mc boot on my ps2 memory card, and I burn my Naruto 8 in 1 game (says usa but its japanese writing and stuff when i play it), when i put it in my slim ps2 it comes in black and white, I have ESR and I patched the game and even used ntsc to pal, I don't know why the game appears in black and white :(, can anyone help?

I try with my Kingstone 1Gb pendrive but it won't work.
check my 1.6 video tutorial, it is more detailed, in that video i made a point to mention that kingston usb drives do not work, try a different drive, off-brands work as well. it is best to try an assortment of usb drives since thery are so cheap now. if you have a fat ps2 you may be able to boot by using swap magic or independence hack, check out the link in the video description for more boot methods
i got a scph-77001(i think) and codebreakers 10. It wont read my flash drive. I have a sansdisk cruzier 2 gigs. It lights up but once code breakers loads it freezes it and the light just flickers once every couple seconds. I want to get this to work so god damn bad so any advice or help would be appreciated. I want to fuck up rick and nick bruizer in super punch out and play some snes games with this exploit. Im not sure if i can even do it but, i still think there is some way.
upon further research, i have found that you may encounter problems installing on a 90001 model, the mod may or may not work on that series. You can try but since refurb ps2 are so cheap now, you could consider getting an earlier model that is more mod friendly.

Te title screen says "FCEU1.7", this was a typo on my part, the install method is for free MCboot or FMCB. FCEU is an NES emulator that is used as a workaround for some slims that are not able to boot FMCB.ELF from ARmax

@Miles52431 Japan use NTSC television standard, it is not compatible with PAL.

i found that pendrives 2gb and below work fine, now there's another problem, apps/install/boot.elf freezes im not able to launch mcboot

You need (modded PS2 or swapdisk) a way to boot the free_mcboot instaler, after that you only use the memory card with Free MC boot.
