ok im 12 years old and i bench 135 ... 5 times easy and i max 175 im not joking im 5'4 weighing 136lbs and ive lifted since i was around 9 when i see highschoolers doing what im doing it sickens me come on guys step up your game and wtf is with the squats

that's some good lifting guys. I just have one piece of advice. DO SOME RESEARCH on powerlifting and strength training for sports. Do this on your own, consult as many sources as you can find. Look into Westside Barbell, Sheiko, hell even check out some bodybuilding training. Anything that will make you stronger.
YOU WILL LOOK BACK and realize that high school coaches don't know JACK about getting stronger. Please take my word for it, most of us older guys can vouch for this.

there squats are horrible technique. theyll never see the improvement they wantand need if they dont go hamstrings parralel to the ground. and there bench press sux to. all there doing is arching there back. theyll either hurt themselves or not get the improvements they want. im benchin 345 without arching my back so they shouldnt arch either. other than that, nice vid.
its not that low. hamstrings parralel to the ground isnt that low. if your doing quads parralel to the floor, now that is way to low. i used to not go down all the way, but as soon as i started going hamstrings parralel to the floor, my max went up from 245 all the way to 285 over a very short time. but its a good vid, dont get me wrong.
