Nailing a handstand at any age is a really worthwhile goal and something to be proud of. The first time I saw an older guy nail a handstand was author Dan Millman (peaceful warrior) at a talk he was doing and he walked out, leaned into a table and popped a handstand on a table. I thought "what the heck is my excuse?" It was impressive and so are you Ramusic10. Keep up the great work.
@0587dave Just ran a sprint? Dude what are you talking about? I'm speaking in long sentences without difficulty. Go to my Youtube channel and you'll find a video a year later of a 30 second handstand, twice as long, at age 61, talking all the while.
Before you get so critical, how old are you, and how long can you hold a handstand and keep talking while you're holding it?

tht was really great congratz :) im a young gymnast and my record is a 19 second handstand hope to be as good as u when im older :)
