Affordable Housing has went to shit because landlords know they can charge college kids double the rent in places like Buschwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and East New York. The same shit happened with Williamsburg. Their was a great Latino prescence in that area auntil the artists, gays, and college kids began moving in. Don't dare tell me about anything about here that you read in a book or have experienced this summer.
