@freefallproductions3 Yeah, it is expensive. Although if you go for the student version you get it a lot cheaper. Even then it's pretty expensive though.
@SlightlySpoofed The rotobrush is an amazing tool, but keep this in mind: It has INSANE rendering times. It took nearly 24 hours to render this 57 seconds clip out. Where only about 10 of those seconds uses rotobrush. And the rotobrush part was about 95% of the rendering time.
@live2blade Well you DO sound like an asshole. After the hours of work I did to harvest enough money to buy this, it kinda stings my pride to being told I've downloaded it illegally. My computer has 8 GB ram, windows 7 64 bit, a Quad-Core processor with 2.8 Ghz and 1 TB hard drive. My computer is more than capable to handle this, but it still took 24 hours. And 4 times the resolution? How did someone like you get a 4K resolution camera? That's some high-end hardware. I'm 18 by the way.
@darthguy3 I have an iMac with he exact same specs as you pretty much (core i7 2.8ghz, 8gb RAM, 1tb hard drive), and I render rotobrush footage pretty quickly. Try modifying your settings in the preferences menu to use all four cores of your processor, and all 7.5gb (it forces you to leave .5gb of RAM for other applications) of RAM... it definitely shouldn't take 24 hours to render a 10 second clip...
@SlightlySpoofed Actually, on my copy it forces me to leave 1.5 gb for some reason. I haven't checked how many cores I'm using though, so I'll try it out.
@live2blade I need CS5 MC for my studies, and you're clearly not a pro either. Someone coming on YouTube and making claims "I have good equipment and worked with BBC, thus my skills exceed yours." Listen, with an attitude like that you're not gonna get far in a business where you depend on the people around you. And as a matter of fact, last year I filmed for Norway's leading television channel. Someone like you, coming to amateurs and putting them down with your own arrogant pride. I pity you.
