You get it by failing to get into the warehouse. It happens the next time you go to the harbor

Yeah, I remember having to go there and find out that there is an old warehouse district, but don't think I've had the one before that with Goro helping.

@ScottishDuck17 just go home without entering warehouse nº 8... when you arrive to the harbour the 1st time. when you arrive on the next day the scene is activeted. lol... i only got it the first time i played it because then i found the window xD BTW have you ever got a qte with a drunk guy in dobuita? i only got it once and i don't remember how :(
