You've got a good thing here with the videos! I've never been able to find any English Go videos on YouTube until now.
For the record, my answer would be B. If White instead gets a chance to play at B, it looks like Black will lose a lot of territory in the corner. I'm a beginner though. :-)
I believe B to defend the corner and attack white's top group; I also feel this would keep the score even. The next thing would be to attack the bottom right corner.
My alternative "shaky" answer would be to play D to attack the bottom right corner first; black could make a split corner at the top left and bottom right to keep the score even.
i think the answer is C because the beginning phase is about getting territory. and it seems to be the bigger move. you can defend later and invade in the middle game. because defending would put you in gote leaving white to get the bigger moves like C and D and you do NOT want white to have such an advantage so early in the game. very unpleasent for black. but thats just me...
I like this, but why not go straight for D because white has already invaded one of black's sides. This would put you in sente and you could afterwards defend at C. I believe Playing C first would be gote as well. However if white gets C and the top, he will have too much influence.
i don't think D is the answer because white doesnt have to respond to it right away. he can ignore it and move at C. but if black moves at C and white uses the keima in the bottom right you can easily invade. you could even sacrifice the top left corner to gain moyo with A after invading in the bottom center and gain territory in the center and a strong enough influence to control the left and center of the board.
Yes C! haha
