Is there also a book available on this topic by Phil Campbell?
If yes, I would be very pleased if you could give me the title of the book so that I can purchase it.
Not that the information you provided in this video isn't great but I would like to go a little deeper into the topic and read the science behind this program.
Dr. M: Thank you for ALL your good work. Two comments: It is my understanding that too much protein at one meal can also spike insulin (in the absence of carbs.)
Also: elsewhere in your writings you are quite vocal in advocating the consumption of "good" fat and re-teaching the mis-conceptions surrounding "bad" fat (ie: animal/
saturated/coconut/palm oils) Seems like this would have been a good place to add these ideas to the discussion...
@free2befreebird The key is insulin control. The more insulin resistant you are the more protein may exacerbate he problem. However if you have healthy fasting insulin levels it is very difficult to raise them with protein intake.

Thank you for your reply re: insulin. Yes, that makes sense.
However, you still didn't talk about fat, which I think is SUCH a crucial
issue, especially for people who ARE insulin resistant. I regard you as a voice
of reason on this subject, and encourage you to add it in to EVERY conversation
about insulin that you have the opportunity.
on another subject: I also really appreciate your support of Ron Paul! thank you for
supporting freedom on all levels...
support of Ron Paul, btw!_
