I know for sure and I wrote a comment about a year ago that the voice is of SOUSSAN, who died some years ago in Los Angeles, BUT the dancer's name is NADIA and the place they filmed it is Cafe Cristal. This is produced by a European or American couple and you can see them in the video. A full size portrait of her is seen in this video for one second and toward the very end of the video, she is the only one who gets up to goes toward the front. They were all selected and invited guests.

this is traditional iranian music with traditional iranian dance . Beautiful iranian lady with beautiful figure and excellent entertainment even a century later. If you are under 50 years old you will never understand what Iran was like and missed the best part of Iranian entertainment history. It has been destroyed and ruined now.
