It is too obvious smoking causes health problem to the smokers and people around. Smokers should not be able to join Japanese national health care system. People discussing here do not understand the real problem. Maybe they are just smokers. Please get real.

喫煙マナーが悪くて迷惑している人が多いから無理やり法律で規制してはどうか、というのが流れ。逆に人に迷惑をかけない吸い方についてもっと提案があっても良い。まして喫煙者の幸福が制限されると反論するのは筋違い。
