Two of my favourite wrestlers. Booker T was a great wrestler and had a lot of persona. The King Booker gimmick was awful though, they ruined one of the best all-round wrestlers at the time with that one.
Every wrestler knows HOW to wrestle. But when you reach a certain level, you only have a few spots, and you let your charisma carry you the rest of the way, and working over the crowd. The mid card guys will always show a lot more wrstling than main event guys, but look back ad when the main event guys were mid card guys. Even when Punk was world champion, what he did in the ring was limited. Wat he does in the ring now is limited because he's main event level. Theres no argument here.
@Giant2k5 I do agree with you to some extent. Their ring skill is very limited by WWE creative team. They know how to wrestle, but some are definitely better than others when it comes to the ring. Charisma does carry you a long way though too.

I now realize why Sting Goldberg Hogan and the other big WCW guys didnt join WWF during the Invasion angle in 2001....its because of this. Vince bought out the competition and any former WCW ECW star who signed on jobbed to the WWF. The WCW/ECW faction in the WWF didnt dominate until they had Stone Cold defect to that side to show that WCW couldnt beat WWF without defection. WWF killed all the former WCW big names. I see why they didnt join and the ones who did regretted it later on.

Two of my favourite wrestlers. Booker T was a great wrestler and had a lot of persona. The King Booker gimmick was awful though, they ruined one of the best all-round wrestlers at the time with that one.

Every wrestler knows HOW to wrestle. But when you reach a certain level, you only have a few spots, and you let your charisma carry you the rest of the way, and working over the crowd. The mid card guys will always show a lot more wrstling than main event guys, but look back ad when the main event guys were mid card guys. Even when Punk was world champion, what he did in the ring was limited. Wat he does in the ring now is limited because he's main event level. Theres no argument here.

@Giant2k5 I do agree with you to some extent. Their ring skill is very limited by WWE creative team. They know how to wrestle, but some are definitely better than others when it comes to the ring. Charisma does carry you a long way though too.
