@mccartyboys the smoke is on it's own layer. i also used a linear wipe on the masked layers so that they dont just appear, but fade in from bottom to top.

ya thnkx :) I want better frame rates, I could only get 12-14 fps! For the smoke i used CC Particle plugin. I think it comes with AE but not sure.
