So the order of the Mermaid Princesses oldest to youngest is: Attina, Adella, Aquata, Alana, Andrina, Arista, Ariel. Wow, I had it wrong. Good to finally have the record set straight! =)

@franKii924 Pretty much the entire world thought so too, but in the beginning of the 3rd movie, Ariel says Attina is the oldest. I'm 99.9% sure the oldest to youngest order is as follo9ws: Attina, Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Adella, Alana, Ariel.

(In the TV Show, it is said Alana and Ariel are the two youngest, and in the 3rd movie, Adella says she's 2 years older than Ariel.)

I adore this movie. I've always wondered what happened to Ariels mother and was sort of sad at how quick it happen, which they would of shown her a little but more. But it is wonderful :D

It´s wonderful to see the beginnings of the Ariel we all love and get to know more about her familly her sisters =) But there some things missing like her love for the human world and how she started colecting human stuffs.....and what about Ursula?

I know...Im sking much but is true all those things should be in a film called Ariel´s begging ´couse those are the origins of the Ariel we love from the first movie.

Anyway I love the movies and love Ariel and that will never change =)

But you have to remember that this takes place in a different time period. In today's society, getting married at 16 is unheard of. Not in Ariel's time, however. People had shorter life expectancies too and I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

This Featurette was so wonderful... it gave me so much depth of the movie ... now i can wait to get the dvd... and i can't believe the little mermaid II is coming to a special edition ... i can't wait for that either ... but anyways the end of the featurette was the kinda acoustic version of i remember if you listen to it it sound like that was the first time she (jodi) ever recorded The last end notes of the song ... you'll hear the difference when you watch the movie and then this featurette
