This was totally inappropriate and disrespectful. As the commander in chief, President Obama deserves the respect of every american citizen, no matter what their political beliefs are. Of course people should be able to voice whether or not they agree on his decisions, but someone, especially a US congressman, should be able to show a little self restraint in front of a man who definitely deserves it.
