  • 15 cuntfaces disliked this video.

  • Your map is wrong dude -- how old are you

  • tornado go in USA because american's are stupid people xDDDDD

  • global warmings a myth!!!!

  • I also live in tornado alley.

  • What about MN?

  • Tornado ally dose not look like that!! Retard

  • i live in shermam tx and tornados are no Joke one came thu my town tonite

  • This is very inaccurate. Do some better research next time.

  • Lol there was a small red area in CA and the rest Yellow o.O

    Cant believe .. very interesting

  • I don't know who "they" is, but the total number of tornadoes for the USA was 1305 in 2009. Whoever the "they" is, they are blowing up the stats beyond rediculous. 2400 to 2800 is an outrageous claim. I could see that number being for the whole world put together, but it definetly wasn't that many tornadoes in the USA alone.

  • i talking about countys going get a warning!

  • @davidlee110

how come i got a tornado and you didnt put me in the area of where people will get a tornado? (Southern Burlington County)

  • yeah, tornado alley in LA?

  • There are multiple tornado hotspots. "tornardo alley" is the greatest. I live in oklahoma (love it) There is also Dixie alley. It's at a different time of year. Consist of the florida panhandle alabama and georgia those states.

  • The red spot in New Jersey was a pretty active tornado spot in 09. I was at Six Flags Great Adventure when a tornado occured

  • Um....New Mexico RARELY gets tornadoes. I lived there for four years, and we had one warning. It was only a f-0 though, and it was up in the foothills of the mountains (Albuquerque 2008-2009ish)

  • Your prediction was AWFUL

  • Tornado alley isn't something that changes year by year; its an geographical area which is the most historically tornado-prone in the country, and it definitely does not include the Rocky Mountains of Colorado or Florida.

  • You can't be serious about florida, florida may not have the most supercell tornadoes, but it definetly gets the most waterspouts and can get strong tornadoes

Basically the tornado alley is east of the Rocky Mountains and west of the Appalaichans

  • not just the states the canadian midwest too. i'm on a mission to make people realize that this part of canada is just as dangerous as oklahoma, but our twisters happen in summer

  • @FoziaAbdi they don't get any down there

  • @davidlee110 Canada get tornadoes also , Tornado alley goes up as far as Edmonton Alberta, it covers part of Alberta and Saskatchewan Manitoba, maybe do a lil bit better reseach there davidlee110 before even thinking of posting something like this

  • @bizzy244 exactly, I live in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and we are considered part of tornado alley (we average 10-30 funnel clouds between june and august alone)

  • @davidlee110 Yes, there are actually tornadoes in Canada, stupid. Tornado Alley actually stretches beyond the States into Manitoba & Saskatchewan. One of the most famous and deadly tornadoes was in Manitoba. Of course, you probably dont even know where those are. Get youre facts straight before you go posting them on the web. And down there?? We're ABOVE you. Smart stuff.

  • @davidlee110

    Canada does indeed get tornadoes.

They've had some pretty strong ones too.

  • @davidlee110 Wanna bet ? o-o

  • @davidlee110 first of all, Canada is above you, and secondly, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Alberta all get tornadoes, along with Quebec. Manitoba has seen many ef3's-ef5's in the recent years

  • yea well mexico don't have professional radar out there either. I'm sure they get just as many as probly canada.

  • are tornadoes in Plainfield ?

  • They say? Who or what is "they"?

Al Gore is a fear monger.

  • a 2010 one will be posted in new yaers day about 12pm

  • i live in kansas city missuri

  • i live kinda close to the edge.

  • your right there was a tornado that hit us 2009 july 31 O-o

  • where you live?

  • loryr405, where do you live

  • so let me get this straight. just cuz they used tornadoes in the day after tomorrow in L.A that tornadoes always happen there? uh-uh. and you put tornado alley in the rockie mountains. i live in evergreen colorado, and we have not had a tornado ever cuz WE LIVE IN THE MOUNTAINS! only one time we hade a tornado warining in our county and IT DID NOT TOUCH DOWN! NOT EVEN A FUNNEL CLOUD!

  • I agree with this. The map was good exept for the rockies. The mountans do not really ever get tornados.

  • oh shoot my whole state is in the tornado alley and it used to be only a little bit in the tornado alley. this is just great.

  • D: my house is far into tornado alley

  • So, let me get this straight, you think that tornado alley in any given year is wherever tornadoes are possible?

  • I live in WV im safe

  • tornedo? idiot

  • Anyone else notice the suggestive shape of tornado alley???? KIINDD OF suspicious...

  • mena arkansas

    april 9th, 09

    F3 tornado hit our town.

we're like in the middle of tornado alley lol.

    it was bad.

our town still looks terrible o.O

  • wasnt there a tornado like recently?

in new jersey or somewhere? if not where and when?

  • Well .. I guess I can sleep at night knowing there wont be any in Saskatchewan ... or Canada according to you. lmfao

  • I live in tornado alley.

  • whats the green (im asking cause i live in neveda.) i used to live in colorado. i had lots of tornadoes then. man, i wish i still lived ther.

  • the world we like in is never safe, no matter where you are.

  • Northeast Ohio. F3 tornado hit our town back in July 92.

  • In in southern Wi.. An were in tornado alley

This year...? What makes you think that?

  • I'm in the red dot of northern New Jersey. Is that a tornado alley? Who made this map?

  • Whooo Hooooooo I am in the green! What does that mean?

  • not always

  • I'm moving to South Bend Indiana in July.

  • tornado alley has been producing tornadoes long before the automobile was invented, if you are saying greenhouse gas related global warming is causing this than that is a blatant lie, probably from natural global warming, but not your environmentalist reason.

  • i like wat im seeing im in illinois so im glad im in it

  • florida has the most tornados ever

  • No they dont,

  • Extend the red into Minnesota, they have been getting an unnecessary amount of tornadoes and it's on the rise.

  • This isnt real... I highly doubt it. But those areas are possible to have tornadoes, without a doubt, depends if storms sweep by.

  • Your map isn't accurate at all, and technically speaking, we likely have fewer tornadoes now than we did 25 years ago. In my state (Colorado) we certainly have fewer.

  • before global warning was a issue there been tornados where they usyually don't happen.i do agree tho with warming part why there has been more tornado.

  • WOW I sure am glad I live in NZ!!

  • SHIT IM IN TORNADO ALLEY IM IN CALLIFORNA! in the aera

  • I'm totally in the red zone!!!!! Wow,All of Illinois is in this one!

  • i know its awful for me O-o

  • im in san antonio texas. it is possible for us to get a tornado here just outside bexar county. san antonio sits in a bowl. if were ever to get a tornado here the tornad would have a hard time getting out of the bowl. some tornado try to form to the southwest of bexar county. ive seen a funnel cloud twice. first time made it half way to the ground. second time i only saw the rotation that only lasted 30 seconds.

  • yes it is possible for u get a tornado there,we had a brief tornado where i live central sqv in cali i never thought we would see one ...wrong.now i believe anytime anywhere a tornado is possible...

  • Looks like SE Montana will be hoppin' this year! (as I make the joyful asumption that this map is an educated one.:)

  • Go St Louis!!!

  • Virgina

  • yes im in green saftey

  • what state you from?

  • YES IM IN RED IM IN KANKAKEE ILLINIOS

  • Yay! I'm in the Red to Yellow zone!

  • in michiang

  • red = tornado alley

yellow = state will be in a tornado alley

    green = no tornado alley

  • I'm in eastern PA, im in red! 0_o

  • im in the red zone

  • Im almost in the red zone!! 0_0

  • urgh! my dad isn't safe and my cousin in canada ain't safe either!!! my dad is in coneticutor florida but he's not safe

  • Yay I am in the red zone! :D Lol!

  • just bearly

  • not once since May 1999 has the instability charts seen CAPE values anywhere near 6,000 J/KG.

funny how Southern California was covered in red! where do you get the statistics map?

  • nice video! it actually seems like "the day after tomorrow" is moving away from us if you think about it. yeah supercells and tornadoes pop more frequently, but they are less severe as they were many years ago.

(EX: 1. April 5 1972, an F3 tornado hits Vancouver Washington. 2. On May 3 1999, the most powerful F5 tornado hit Oklahoma City with vortex winds of about 318 mph, which almost reaches over the F5 range. CAPE values reached to 6,000 J/KG on the instability charts).

    Continued...

  • The Day After Tomorrow is one of my favorite movies. I watched for like the 50th time tonight :p
