@Quintinlicious Not sure, maybe because that is such a busy area and since they are expanding Fantasyland and it will be so busy once it opens..

Its because there closing the bathrooms by peter pan and using that space to expand the queue line and make it interactive like the haunted Mansion and Winnie the Pooh!
