I don't know how I came across this...was looking for Flowmaster Original 40 Series muffler, but this sure does bring back wrestling memories...a whole 1 year ago lol
This move is great once you get the mechanics down. If u try and tripod w/ ur butt upwards instead of a quarter turn u won't even budge the top wrestler. the quarter turn exposes the free hip side for the roll! Then under hook the top wrestler's leg and reverse him.
You can use this move when they try to cut the near side elbow, though Granby school will obviously tell you to hit a Granby in that case.
Him holding your head like that is only for the drill, so inexperienced kids don't break their necks when they are learning the move.
The position you land in catching the ankle underneath and with the wrist is a reversal already, can be held for backs. It's a very useful move if you're quick and a good scrambler.
the first or the second the second you can do when ever the first when he ever gets like that and you might never be in a match and be able to put that off
Do you have a demonstration of the standing spadle?

rockstr56 2 months ago
the second drill the guy in gray could negate that roll by wrapping his foot around the guy in white's ankle.
