Just sitting here, shaking my head, thinking about how others think they know better than me about what's right and what's wrong. Anti-abortionists rank the same as the KKK, in my opinion.
Another good point is what if the woman can't afford medical care for 9 months for prenatal care? Are the republicans gonna pay for that? I think not. Let the woman choose. Not having choice over our own bodies is just un-American.
Interesting. I didn't realise that the President has the power to appoint judges to the Supreme Court. That seems a problem to me, for obvious surplus power/separation of powers issues. Anyway, this isn't the place for a discussion of the politico-legal structure of the US.
More to the point: I agree, choice should be upheld.
Yes, in fact the Supreme Court is a lifetime appointment. Several of the judges are expected to retire in the next couple of years, which is why this particular presidential election is so important.
Great vlog - agreed on everything, with one tiny correction: Clinton eliminated AFDC in 1996 and replaced it with TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families).
Oops. I guess I am just not current on the welfare programs! As for the lengthy description, I complain about this very problem in the lengthy description which you did not see, because the new upload interface does not save my descriptions, so I have had to go back after the video goes live to paste the description is under "edit" a second time, which of course means YouTube will not use any of that information for search results, or relevant videos, and adds another step... annoying!
