Thanks for sharing. I'm just discovering this stuff for myself. I think everyone suffers from this to some extent. I don't know if I'm this far but I know I go up and down as far as self-esteem. But we all have our days. Some days I'm so empowered and full of the Holy Spirit and I love it! Other days the opposite, but its past stuff and old ways of thinking that attack me. Of course societies (not God's) way of thinking what worth is attacks me. Thanks again for the video.
