As soon as you told the officer you were a reporter he looked right at you. He may have dropped his head a little because he was laughing....a reporter without a real camera. A police officer asking you a question IS NOT HARASSMENT. He should have given you a citation for no front license plate and asked for your press card ID. We all can see your front bumper is missing, who did you rear end?
