The only problem with Okamiden's soundtrack was that there weren't enough songs on it! As a result songs like "Sorrow," were played too many times, and lost impact in certain scenes.

I find it weird that the guy Waka's based off of isn't from the moon tribe, is friends with Benkei, and he commit suicide. The only thing that is similar to Okami is that he plays a flute and wears pink/purple/red clothing.

I didn't like Waka until halfway through the game, in Yoshpet, when I suddenly had a lightbulb about his purpose and who he was... and then when the game ended I decided, "I like that guy..."

Every time time I play Okami, I go to Presents From Issun, and look at his picture, just for a few minutes... My friends wonder why I'm such a Waka fangirl, and I just say, "I have a thing for half-baked French prophets. Got a problem with it?" But seriously, I melt every time I see him or hear his theme. He's just so awesome! My other friends and I are working on an Okami anime series, and they keep telling me, "You go overboard with Waka's scenes, you die." ...I-I'll try to contain myself.

I don't think "connard" can really be translated in english, but the closest I can find is effectively an Asshole...But the real french translation for Asshole is a "trou-de-cul"...

iv played the sequel okamiden the soundtrack isnt even half as good as this games

Are you high? Okamiden's was AMAZING and completely lives up to the original. Sure there is no "Sun Rises", but that's a good thing since something like that would fail and be totally expected.

I think if parts had just a tad bit more development it could have been just as powerful. BUT it did leave me wanting more, I love finding out who the narrator was in this one, and i want to hear his story. so hears hopeing for a third okami

@MasatoHyuga I did beat Okami Den but my problem with it is that the story moved kinda slow due to the rythm of the game play. Even though I loved it I have to cast my vote on the first Okami over Okami Den.

Maybe it's just because I was extremely attached to Okami's story the day it was announced to be in development and stuff leaked about it online. XD

@Xanatrix One of the same guys who did Okami's music did Okamiden's, Rei Kondo. He's the one that wrote "Giving Kushinada a Ride" and "The Sun Rises".

I thought the music in Okamiden was amazing on about the same level for the most part.

It really got to me that badly. And then there was the fact that, even in the darkest hour, the bond that close friends share triumphs over evil in the end. I LOVED that. :*)

You know the first time I met Waka I thought he was pretty cool--until he started fighting me. First time I played the game I died SOO many times. I never really had a deep hatred though. It was just "Ugh Pretty Boy's coming again." When I first went to his headquarters I just thought DANG THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! then towards the end I got used to him and said "Hey hows it going?" Then the end came...wow!

Oh and does anyone know the name of the song that plays when you pursue Kushi when she has the Thunder Brew? And when you find her at the entrance to Shinshu field she's sitting on her knees from exhaustion. As you approach her and the dialogue begins a really nice song starts playing. This particular song also plays as soon as Orochi is slain during your first encounter with him to save Kushi. Does anyone know what song I'm thinking of? Thanks in advance to whoever can help me! :-)
