Post 3: WATER - Good movement all round. One of the best if not the best DEF. With WOOD symbol has high ATK. Must move monsters in waves (pardon the pun!) - don't advance 1 WATER monster by itself. Overall, I think: FIRE / THUNDER have best ATK. WIND / WATER have best DEF. EARTH / DARK have best PP. WIND / WOOD have best Movement. Best Monsters: Meteor B. Dragon Exodia R.E.B.M. Dragon Firewing Pegasus Gate Guardian Harpie Lady Sisters Crimson Sunbird Do you suggest any?

Post 2:

THUNDER - One of two symbols that can make ATK hit 1000. Not too good DEF, however P can be covered by DARK. For vetrans to the game (have you considered using THUNDER?)

FIRE - Also hits 1000 ATK. Worst DEF (although EARTH just about equals it) PP is also bad, requires WIND backup.

WIND - Has excellent DEF. With FIRE symbol, also has high ATK. Bad PP, however, movement is quite good.

WOOD - A bit of everything. Good for Attacking WATER. Good for beginners.

@underlordtico I expect you know all of the tricks. Here are my findings:

DARK - Excellent Starting Point, good all-rounders - be wary of movement however, and MP for better monsters. Good for ATK and durable also.

LIGHT - Great DEF, however, employ FIRE and EARTH for stronger ATK, or you cannot inflict much real damage.

EARTH - Best PP, also has good ATK. Symbol boosts LIGHT ATK, which is needed because EARTH movement convenience is terrible. Bad DEF as well.

i have a fire symbol with maxed out effect strength so my meteor b. dragon normaly without any field or map boosts he has over 800 atk like 820 or somthing but once on a fire floor with a fire map he had 1210 atk once, i think hes the strongest monster in the game actually

It would be nice if someone could get people to remake capsule monster coliseum and the falsebound kingdom, you know just for old time sake, for capsule monster coliseum they should still of course keep the same character cast and use older monsters made before GX times but make it to where the characters in the game use more of the monsters they used on the show. I think it would be cool and these games should be make for the PS3 and XBox 360, no DS or PSP bull shit.

It's just wish People gave more a Better Rating when it came out cause the Graphic are very nice, Game Play it's very challenging and you keep Beating Stage and Area. I Destroy Kaiba with Spellcaster Beat Down.
