i am pretty sure you ve never ate original greek salad.....we dont use lettuce the onion is cut in rings not in chunks and sometimes we use rusk called dakos.

greek salad: tomatoes cucumbers onions(not red) olives and feta cheese....and for dressing : olive oil -vinegar-salt+pepper-oregano..­.and a quick tip get some nice bread and dip in ;)...and btw i am greek :D!...
