Amazing. That is a beautiful bird and an excellent video. Haven't seen any kingfishers here for ages. Recently saw a couple of blue herons fly over.

Lovely. I clearly remember the first time I saw one. I was about 7 and just happened to see one flying very low along a stream near Dundrum. The blue was amazing. Hadn't a clue what it was.
