This legislation is a publicity stunt as it does nothing to stop the illegal stops, which is the "real" issue, it only states the NYPD once it does the illegal stop (HELLO) has to erase your personal information out of their "ELECTRONIC" data base. GUESS WHAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!, the NYPD still has the legal rights to keep your personal information on paper/forms which they have always done prior to having a electronic data base. At the end of the day they still have your information. HELLO !!
