Yes, I agree a positive attitude is very beneficial.But......with all the fear and stress in the world our emotions are under tremendous stress. It takes great constant energy to stay in a positive emotional state without being confused for a Pollyanna in wonderland. It's worth it though, for our emotions can make us sick, physically and mentally and keep us confused and unable to enjoy others and life.
