The service and food and drinks were perfect. Just that my IFE did not function properly for the 15+ hour flight was a major let down.

My IFE on the 777-300ER also broke down but only for about an hour :) haha

For me, since I'm not a big person, the seat was fabulous to sit and sleep on. One big problem is if you dropped something through the edges and holes in your seat, it is impossible to get it back, which happened to me.

The seats on B-KPA was seriously worn out.

You could see tears and torn on the bottom of the seats.
