Really stiff. You need: Overlap, Anitcipation, Follow Through, and Arcs.
Stop worrying about drawing hot scantly clad chicks.
Stop trying to mimic Anime, it can hardly be called animation at all.
Study old school Disney, and apply all the principles.
Push your poses farther than you think is right, then pull them back if needed.
