My cousins and I used to play the snes version all the time. It kicked so much ass back then (and still does to this day). Our only regret is that we didn't beat the hardest difficulty before thay moved. Im trying on my own and I managed to get to the final boss before he destroyed me. Such a fun game. Leave it to Capcom to revamp the strory of king arthur (twice).

What kind of saber is the Lancelot weapon? Its not ordinary saber because usually sabers are at least 2 times thinner than his one. Dam i love the proportions of weapons in this game. can you tell me where i can find exactly that saber of Lancelot?

Good graphics, fun gameplay and SUPERB soundtrack, in general, awesome game. I've only played Snes version and i love it, arcade's one seems way harder, Garibaldi with a horse is kinda harsh...

The last lvl up armor was not so cool. Percival is a green set. Lancelot a Silver well armored (specially in the shoulder). and Arthur i allready forget how it is.

I could and the game using lancelot and 1 life need only to end the game. The trick is to use defense skill and atack in the air when GARIBALDI jump. Knowing the secuence of atack and you can defeat him easy.

Doubtful, since he said it was a one on one fighting game. If it was 3D that's probably it. There weren't many polygonal fighters in the 90's with a mythological theme.

I believe that the round 6 boss in this game is where Capcom got the idea for Bishamon 3 years later when they released DarkStalkers for the arcade in 1994. Anyone else have that theory?

No in this game, the number of lives you have are the number of coins you inserted. I just kept hitting the credit button.

It's easy, all you gotta do on the emulator is configure all three players on the same controller.

I might have tried this instead of Captain Commando. You can't hurt your teammates in Knights of the Round.
