@xXLOVESTORYXx yeh it was said in an interview with misha that they have this on-going thing where whenever dean and cas were in a scene they would try and subtly out-do each other with the "gruffiness" of their voices. but i'm pretty sure dean's voice got lower before that...so im not sure either!
