According to the main website Jan 09. I played all the games on PC and they are really good. So if you can't get it on PS2 i'd advise getting it for PC as i'd class it as the best TR yet.

I agree, it's beautiful on the PC, and playing it on my huge widescreen monitor made it quite the experience. I actually felt so small compared to the levels at times, as they made me feel rather discouraged, and believe that I wouldn't get through it. However, I do in the end, and it makes it all the more satisfying. It's a great game, everything about it is amazing, and I can't wait until the next installment to see what else Eidos and WB games can offer to revive the series again.

Yeah that game is amazing, i think theres just something about the game which makes it stand out from the rest. Well not just one thing but the whole game has the right feel and its as you say beautiful. I look foward to the new one but can they beat what they did this time? I'd hate to see it if it took another bad turn again.

I would assume they were made by the game designers for the launch. As far as i know when playing the game none of those things are in game films.
