i don't think the mg ray being revealed would cause an international incident or change anything, it isn't a "walking neuclear deathmobile" it's just a new tank that walks is all, arenal might have been a different story though...
ray looks like an amphibian while rex looks like a dinosaur and ray is more powerfull cause if rex falls in the water then its over rex will just sink while ray can swim
yeahh but otacon programmed REX and you soon learn he had some things up his sleeve that make it physically better than RAY. You should check out REX vs RAY in MGS4
@lalluprasadindia There's also the fact that RAY was originally developed as a direct result of the REX plans being leaked and mass produced, and it was heavily implied that the Mass Produced versions of REX had a lot of their armanents removed that would have been on the Shadow Moses REX (IE, the Rail-Gun launcher), so we don't know how the RAY Prototype truly compares to REX.

i did i finshed it maybe its just that snake is a lot better than liquid so won the fight if he had been using ray then he would have still won
