PS3 has took off and has a brilliant lineup of exclusives for 2011 while Xbox has only two decent exclusives left in 2011, Gears of War and Forza, plus since GOW3 is the last one, what does Xbox have to look forward to in 2012 apart from a possible Forza 5?

Mass Effect 2 was a great game and i have it for the 360 an part 1 is also good, and i will probably get the PS3 version, but them not bringing the 1st mass effect to the PS3 is a little of a let down, bc anyone that has played part 1 and 2 on the 360 knows that some of the random things that evolve the story more, and they have a set story for the ps3 release version, it just dont give the player free reign on all the choices that could've been made through that person's story.
@Mrpuddin100 Mrpuddin,pal i'am not mistaking you for anything but Bioware made a back-story comic story plot of ME1 into ME2 for the PS3. Players don't have to play ME1 and still understand the story and MAKING the decisions to be carried to the Story. ME2 will run on ME3 engines for the PS3+ all the Free DLC PS3 getting. I have ME2 on PC but i'am getting ME2 for my PS3 once more for the greatest game to come to the PS3.
Mass Effect 1 isn't coming to PS3 because Microsoft still has publishing rights to the original, but Bioware, a third party publisher, published the second game

@Arbiter366 Uncharted takes up all 25GB of a Blu-Ray. 360 uses 7.5GB DVD's. So it wouldn't work. Plus The makers of both Heavy Rain and Uncharted are under contract by Sony to make PS3 games. I wish I could play Uncharted on my 360 too, but that isn't going to happen :(.
@Arbiter366 Xbox will NEVER get games like Heavy Rain and Uncharted. Those games are published by Sony. The mistake Microsoft make with alot of their exclusives is that they arent actually owned by MS. Meaning that developers can make a PS3 version if they want.
The only PS exclusives that came to xbox were MGS and Final Fantasy. Both of those games were not published by sony. (they were published by Square Enix and Konami.)
If it says Sony on the box, its staying on the PS3.

The PS3 players will finally understand why everyone praises this series. All it's going to do is help out its chances with Game of the Year awards (which it deserves).
That being said, nothing will ever touch the quality of the PC versions. Bioware knows where their loyalty is.
I reckon Left 4 Dead 3 will almost definitely come out on PS3 along with PC and 360 when it's announced. Now that Valve have finally gotten over their bizarre hatred for the PS3, it makes absolute financial sense to release it on the PS3 as well as the other platforms.

Mass Effect 2 is best when you play the first. Mostly because the default story for Mass Effect 2 kinda sucks. I just hope this doesn't affect the quality of the 3rd game.

I'm a PS3 owner and I'm holding my breath until TGS. I want to believe the "no plans". Though, that could mean not now, but later. After the success of Final Fantasy 13 on the 360, why not sell a couple more million for $ ? Xbox 360's also getting Final Fantasy 14. I don't know if that adds any specalations to it or not, just pointing that out. I want them to focuse on the PS3 so that they can push the game to its maximum capabilities. Besides, it would loosing another great exclusive game.

It would really be a double slap to the face only because they've been saying that it is and was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive for so long. I have a PS3 and 360 and im thinking about selling the 360 just because theres almost no games coming out for it and many of its games are going to go to PS3 because almost all of them are made by 3rd party developers. I only have the 360 for the exclusives( i buy mulitplats on the PS3) but almost all of them have a 50% chance of going to the PS3 (most likely L4D1&2)
just put halo and gears on the ps3 already so I can finally sell my 360! havnt played it since mass effect 2 and I don't know if I want to buy it again for the ps3 unless it has updated graphics and more content.

@bcta302 if you goto ign or just type into google search. EA had stated that the game will have extra content. They have not specified what content but they did say that it will have hours of extra gameplay. It is possible that it will have the DLC content and who knows. Again I am a fan of the game so I probably will get it because that way I have an extra copy on another platform. If one platform fails at least I have the other. Plus I did not get the DLC on XBL.

i have mass effect 1 & 2 for the XBox 360 , and i'm going to buy mass effect 2 for the PS3 .. yes i'm such a fanboy :D , besides i'm expecting some changes since the PS3 owners cannot play mass effect 1 (well i played it but that's just cause i'm an XBox owner) , but if they won't change anything then i'll be extremely disappointing , i mean "importing" your mass effect 1 character is from the best things in the game ,well they better do something awesome .

Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 are NOT coming out on the PS3, the news on left 4 dead 1 and 2 is the dlc, "The Sacrifice". So to answer your question the answer about l4d 1 and 2 coming to ps3 is a no.

I'm a PS3 owner and I'm holding my breath until TGS. I want to believe the "no plans". Though, that could mean not now, but later. After the success of Final Fantasy 13 on the 360, why not sell a couple more million for $ ? Xbox 360's also getting Final Fantasy 14. I don't know if that adds any specalations to it or not, just pointing that out. I want them to focuse on the PS3 so that they can push the game to its maximum capabilities. Besides, it would loosing another great exclusive game.

@Ronldbx6 Well, final fantasy 14 was always meant to be a multiplatform game, so I don't care if it comes to xbox 360. it might not happen since Square is having major issues with xbox live which stopped developement on the game alltogether. your right, we won't know if it ls going multiplatform until TGS. It would really be a double slap to the face only because they've been saying that it is and was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive for so long. If it goes multiplatform, there would be no reason to have or buy a PS3 if all its exclusives are going to cheaper Xbox 360. Really what is Sony saying about this!? @Ronldbx6 no actually final fantsy 13 versus is a ps3 exclusive they say the same team who worked on kingdom hearts 1 and 2 for the ps2 is the same who is doing FF 13 versus for the ps3 don't keep your hope on getting final fantsy 13 versus on the 360 that's never gonna hapen! remember what hapend when they released FF13 on the 360? 3 DVD discs plus blury quality bad framerate i think if FF 13 versus is coming some how on another system other than the ps3 than that would be the PC.

I have a PS3 and 360 and im thinking about selling the 360 just because theres almost no games coming out for it and many of its games are going to go to PS3 because almost all of them are made by 3rd party developers. I only have the 360 for the exclusives( i buy mulitplats on the PS3) but almost all of them have a 50% chance of going to the PS3 (most likely L4D1&2)

@uncharted185 when a dev takes his time on a ps3 game it always comes out superior to its 360 counterpart. when games suddenly appear multiplat and on 360 for the first time ever, they always seem to get fucked up. the only games that counter this point are virtua fighter 5 and the orange box. ha! the orange box...ill remember that when ps3s portal 2 comes out. this just gets me hyped to get a left4dead announcement going. move support and 3d? why not! its a ps3. it only does everything! :)

@bcta302 if you goto ign or just type into google search. EA had stated that the game will have extra content. They have not specified what content but they did say that it will have hours of extra gameplay. It is possible that it will have the DLC content and who knows. Again I am a fan of the game so I probably will get it because that way I have an extra copy on another platform. If one platform fails at least I have the other. Plus I did not get the DLC on XBL.
