@DarksFoxy kulki się same centrują idealnie do pól, obczaj jakieś wideo jak ktoś stawia kulki ołowiowe, nie zleje się bo jest topnik i kule odpowiedniej wielkości.

@Darakon : the chip is not replaced, we just removed the old lead free balls and soldered new pb sn

@Assasianer Guy removed the GPU chip, reballed it and placed it back. Many times GPU failing because of the bad solder joints due to high temperatures and not because of the bad GPU, so this method is worth trying and works in 8 out of the 10 times. There are plenty of other videos about removing and reballing GPU chips on YouTube.
