i understand these kidnappers,they kidnap to get money... many pepol dont even have money, so they dont have anything to feed their family. therefore they have to do something bad to get something good.... in this movie only 1 kid dies and many pepol seem to care, get involved though millions of childrens in many other places dies and no one seems to care epecially in africa.look wat im saying is rich pepol dont realise wat the poor pepol are been through, they just think theyre evil and selfish

3 weeks i would not know where is my 17 month old child. I have compassion for the parents and feel there pain in loosing a child.Only God can help and time will help heal the wounds. But for sure the pain never really goes completly away. Because if it does you begin to forget who that person was and what they brought to your life.

This is a sad story. I lost a child because of an illness but I can't begin to imagine how hard were those 44 days of not knowing, hearing, or seeing someone you are so use to watch. When my baby dies I ran to the hospital and they tryed to revive her for about 2 hours and they were the longest two hours of my life. After she was taken to the morge of the hospital. I was waiting for her to get her examinations but a hurricaine passed wich delaied the autopsy. I had no idea that for almost

Feels so sorry for Mr. LEE and wife and family. I still can't get the suspect motives. It's killing my heart. What's the update of this? It's ending 2011 and 2012 is nearing, anyone knows if the suspect is still walking around shamelessly? Or is he still living a life on earth? OH MY WORD! That has got to be one of the saddest movies I have ever seen. The killer never caught. I wonder what he thought when he heard about/saw this movie (if he was still alive-hope he died a gruesome death!). The murder is still free outside there.If the case on 1991,already 20 years old the case..If the killer around 20 something back then,right now he's 40 something.and maybe have kids.I hope the killer can feel what happen to this family after what he done!!What happen to this family?are they have other kids or what??

Stupid police, only one suspect and lots of police cant even catch him. I think the suspect were skater than the idiot polices. Can't even tract him。on the first place they should have put a the car a inceptor when they can locate the car where it headed because the murderer talk the car.

This is like the movie ' children' and it's base on a story happened in Korea 5 children went to the mountain to catch something and they never came back and after a few days they're all dead. The case expired and the murderer still living.

I`m totally shocked! How could it happen without ANY SERIOUS INVESTIGATION? In my opinion, the police department have to reorganized the facts and evidences to see what they missed in this case. Could be a neighbor or friend, or even someone from the police station. Who knows? Everyone close to the family, who has a famous member, is a suspect. They don't use the DNA test? It's really sad. I can't image how painful could be lose a child. In this case, life was not fair.

At the end of the movie it states that the "statute of limitation is up" on this case. In the USA there is NO statute of limitation on a murder case. Why is there a statute in Korea? To me the voice sounds like a man in his 40s.

Throughout the segments of the film, why is it that some viewers put the blame on the mother for calling the police? The child wasn't killed because the police came into the picture. Remember the child was killed the day after he was kidnapped. The kidnapper is a greedy, cunning, cold-blooded murderer. As a mother, she did the best she thought she could do for her child to be saved. It was her recourse after several days her child was missing. To add tho, the police wasn't any help at all.

I mean its most likely they don't focus much on the law since South Korea isn't dangerous as the US because it is illegal to carry fire arms around in the country.
