@genisis112456 Most big mods or quest mods like this are for the pc. The reason being is that consoles are a lot harder to mod because there is no direct access to all the files. It's possible, but they are generally small mods. In a computer you have access to all the game files simply by going through folders, making it easier to mod and allowing large mods like this.
