James 2:21 Abrahams justification brought about by his willingness to sacrifice his son which he obeyed Gods asking him to do and Sauls conversion on the road to damascus. if Romans 10:9,10 were truth on its own why wasnt Saul saved in front of Jesus? why did Jesus ask him to go and seek out Ananias? i mean there was the tongues of flame wasnt there? Saul obviously believed Jesus as he waited in damascus for Ananias for 3 days so why did saul need Ananias if Romans 10:9:10 is truth on its own?

James wrote that epistle to people who were already saved.

faith whether alive or dead is still faith. dead faith in Jesus can still get a person saved as well as alive faith. we are saved by grace through faith(whether alive or dead)

James was telling people who had already been saved from their sins (Eph 2:8) what they must do to be saved from the coming wrath on judgment day. True faith is a faith that has works as part of its definition. If we do not bear fruit we are cut down and thrown into the fire.

I believe that faith takes Divine enablement... THIS man believes in works salvation....he believes that faith is a work that must be excercised of free-will....And i ask you this...If you are in the position of faith being up to the individual choice and you are saved by faith...what about when they choose not to excercise saving faith(if you can call it that) would they not loose theyre salvation!?...consistency is not high on your demands I see....once again, MORE micky mouse preaching.
