    nu just wash your hands, that's enough.. people get sick if everything is to sterile.. in fact some sauceges like the ones that's need to dry needs a healthy number of becteria to get a good drying proces !

  • I was wondering if this is the type of sausage that is served raw, I´m not sure if the ones that are served raw are made of pork but anyway, I think it´s called "Salciccia". I liked the video a lot!

  • Did I hear the word Salameats?

    Where I am from in Southern Illinois, a salameat and an italian sausage are different.

    The Italian Sausage has fennel and the such.

    A salameat does not but is seasoned heavily with garlic with the main seasoning in the spice mixture being salt, garlic and others.

    I get my Salameats from Louie's P&R

  • OK im from Romania sausage specialist this is how you make them you get pork guts empty to put the meat in it next you get meat fat different kinds of meat you make them from scratch then you make your own smoker by getting cardboard and making a long hole in the ground like a meter and you make a big fier because its far away from the product and then let them there for a week or so that's what my grandparents did delicious not just 4 hours!!!

  • made this today chicken and turkey using kitchen aid attachment.yumm-kosher except for the casing.U had three people -i was alone-had a problem doing the knots myself.

    loved putting the casings on.reminded me of my teens,or 20's

    It must be simply cooked entirely, no cut or anything. On the grill is better then in a pot, obviously not on a burning fire but on braces... And without letting the meat touch the braces obviously.

They do what they want and they'll deal with the consequences. You do know what's in sausages right? All carnivores ate brain, guts, rectum and sexual organs without they even know it.
