  • why do you drop them back off....doesnt that count as avusing a animal because you left it instead of finding a home...and by the way CUTE DOG AT 2:40

  • @howselova1 Would be very nice to find them all homes, but that's not how it works in India. There aren't homes for India's estimated 25 million street dogs. The street is their home, as much as we would like things to be otherwise. Life in kennels is worse. The best we can do at this stage is to spay/neuter and vaccinate them so they won't have pups and won't transmit rabies.

  • I'm afraid I cannot agree with you, salvolondon. First of all, it is incorrect to say that neutered males are more subject to attack. If male dogs are neutered after maturation, there is no change in their behavior; they simply cannot impregnate females. If you only focus on females, the remaining unsterilized females become a target for all unsterilized males, thus leading to a decline in the welfare of those females. That is why I am in favor of sterilizing both males and females.

  • neutering male stray dogs is just wrong, castrate male dogs will be more vulnerable to the stronger intact males who will easily attack them.if you only spay females you will get the same resault,at the end of the day are females who have puppies not males.

  • Hey ROPIEDOTE, I was wondering If there was some way I could make a donation to the VSPCA .
