@Krokatopian I don't think its just a regular summon spell that you can actually do in Oblivion. This mod seems to make a Wraith companion, instead of just a summon.
Nice to see an adaptation of my Mannimarco Revisited mod where the summoning of undead minions becomes available. Sadly I never had time nor the experience to incorporate such things from the start; so I'm happy to see it sparked an expandsion.
