  • That's some smooth parkour!

  • Does anybody know the name of the song, or has song just like this one? It's so relaxing, listen to it all day

you have to be idiot to dislike this :)

  • LOVE this video!!! Guys, I've watched a lot of parkour vids and i love this one, probalby one of my favorites of all time. I love the flow, it's not flashy, just very graceful. No flips even, but still amazing to watch. Loved it. THAT's what i love about parkour.

  • ohhh THE TREE... nice city

  • wow!

  • gota love melbourne!

  • you guy are amazing

  • im scared of heights... im screwed T.T

  • 0:42 - 0:49

I'm pretty sure that if you look up the word "precision", that you'll see that right next to the definition. I'm not even sure if you'll see the definition at all. On second thought, you'll probably just see those 7 seconds of awesomeness.

  • <3 No flips just parkour. <3

  • How do you guys roll on concrete? everytime i try it on a surface harder then grass it hurts alot any tips?

  • @TheWhitawolf You just have to refine your form. Make 100% sure you are going from 1 shoulder to the opposite hip, exhail as you roll and reach foreward as you come out of the roll, this ensures that you get the maximum reduction of force. Try on harder ground first, like hard packed dirt or something, then progress at your own speed then take on concrete! Hope it helps =)

  • @00soundwave00 thanks ill start including this in my training

  • @TheWhitawolf it also helps to have good upper body strenght so you can pull your self up walls and edges etc.

  • @TheWhitawolf strength*

  • nice vid :D:D

  • coz freerunning is sooo yesterday!

  • but why won't it load!?!?!??!?!?!?!?

  • very well filmed guys, good stuff.

  • dios , sois la ostia jeje , me encantaria hacerlo

  • your guys r pro as:D you shud teach me!

  • l.o.v.e y.o.u.r s.t.y.l.e

  • if u pause it somewhere at 2:56 it looks like hes going to slam his head against the wall really hard

  • @M1nit0r lol!!!

  • Where is that playground part with the walls for precisions, etc.

With all the holes in them for diving through. :/

  • I visualized Australia to be just a desert and Kangaroos jumping around

  • @ekojk1242 lol really, coz we actuly ride in them roos, but it's as urban as america in all the cities, but with more trees

  • 0:50 better than a monkey

  • Does anybody know what type of tree that is????

  • @CaliValleyPK oriental plane

  • this is the smoothest most fluid parkour i have ever seen. very very nice video and parkour in its truest form.

  • not so skilled stuff but liked watching it

  • The sounds. thumbs up!

  • Awesome : )

  • wih mantep sekali, salam saya billy pemula PKJKT

  • I feel inadequate

  • That stuff on the trees was amazing.

  • Good video, it actually shows parkour not all that freerunning shit:D so thanks

  • watching videos like just makes me mad that my town is small and has no places to train. im so sick of the 2 spots i have and when i watch this i realy wnat to go training but doing kongs over a park table is gatting boring>_<

  • Love the shirts, makes me wonder what it would be like if humans could express full brachiation in the shoulder.

  • 0:32....wheres that? looks like a sweet place to train....

  • haha it's cool to see some of the spots you hit up. Melb is my home town and now i can't wait to try and hit up these places :P cheers!

  • *falls 5 feet does badass roll*

no but really this is some cool stuff!

  • u have an amazing spot ground

  • i think this is one of the best videos on youtube because it really shows what parkour is, not freeruning with flips and other tricks (even though it looks good) but it is an awesome video well done guys and a good job camera man!

  • This shit is crazy is what I meant to say [-_-]

  • This shtiscrac

  • melbourne must be the best city along with sydney to do parkour in australia, it's so modern and has this architechural vibe which get's you more in the mood.

  • when i saw this it almost brought a tear to my eye! ive never seen a parkour video that

    1. has no flips

    and

    2. captures the feeling of what its like when you do parkour through the music

as a fellow traceur this inspires me and makes me happy and proud that there are actually still people that fully understand what parkour is about

amazing job guys! i hope you have more videos

  • @urbansoldier01 i hope you know parkour is dif from freerunning, freerunning is basically showing off parkour is getting through the enviroment quickly and efficiently as possible

  • first of all... love it

second you all remind me of werewolves

    Gj guys real nice

  • The music/sound on this is perfect. So many parkour videos have big booming "WWWOOAHH" sound tracks on them now. It distracts totally from the stillness you feel inside when you train. That moment when you take off and you are nothing but entirely focused on the movement. Existing purely "in the now".

Good job guys. Theres real truth to this video.

  • IRL Assassins Creed

  • @DJPetomatick oh yeah!

  • This is how you climb a tree 0:50 to 1:34

  • THIS WAS EPIC

  • thumbs up if that was the best tree you've ever seen

thumbs up if if you think 2:59 was one hell of a jump

thumbs up if you were surprised that one of them was a girl

  • @bleachdude4 Explain how one of them is a girl, then i'll thumbs up? kthxbia

  • LOL, I love the expression on the asian guys face at 3:04

  • @Groovebonesful ya he's like...I can do that half asleep...cuz i'm asain

  • Now this is what I call parkour .

  • @Mopthedop9 I just LOLd at your comment dude :D. You said "as long as it isn't designed to get attention" and then followed that straight after with "Please watch my VIDS!"

    Hypocrit much? :P

  • @lilswitch29 I don't have any problem with flips. I do them myself. I just don't like when people only do flips and try to put others down with their skill. They begin to lose sight of the purpose of why we do what we do, to respect and love movement. I think all movement is fine as long as it isn't designed to get attention and money. Please watch my VIDS!

  • AWESOME! Amazing flow!

  • Nice vid guys

  • Nice vid guys

  • 03:04 That's why they never give autographs XD

  • 01:48 Elevators off service... XD

  • there are no parkour good places in romania xP!!!

  • nice. must be awesome to be that good at parkour.

  • is best

  • hey guys !

must say i really like tht video !

u really captured the meaning of parkour-fully agreeing with Mopthedop9 there.

and as a sailor i'll be in melbourne every couple of month now-since this vid is a great source of inspiration i think i'll pic up on my training if i get the time, checkin the city for some spots i've seen here.

thanks for tht great pice of artwork there.

    urs : Flo

  • wheres that playground at 0:28 because iv been there but cant rember where it is

  • great but i don't like montage, they are moving so fast and dynamic but music gets me sleepy .

  • man i was pissed today, but watching you guys parkour like that made me feel so much better, it was beautiful

  • in australia we don't do flips but we can cause we beleive flips can damge ur leg when making a landing so safer option to roll

  • Excellent choice of music.

  • respect =D

  • i nver seen a white monkey playing in a tree

  • can you guys do flips or something like that?

  • @zura122192 em good idea to remove that comment going to get alot of shit about it and that will be pretty annoying and besides the name did say parkour no flips in parkour

  • @vallgron parkour is about flips too so dont push it

  • @zura122192 parkour and free running are different things its like kung fu and karate there both matial arts but different get me??

  • !!YEAH VETERANS OF THE OLD PARKOUR!!

  • Jesus christ this is a great video. Parkour at its absolute best. Well done.

  • so much creativity :)

  • The technique was spot on, that was honestly beautiful parkour...ya'll made every environment your canvas. awesome job

  • I thoroughly enjoyed this. Made my day. Time for me to train in the wet and cold.

  • It's awesome. Almost like I can anticipate your every move. Or, in other words, you can almost read my mind . How many years did it take you to get to this level of skill? ^^

  • First)...How many time you are training?!!!!

    It's very professional!

2)I will say it every time I see great PK\FR video:

    SOMEONE MAKE A MOVIE!!!!!!!

This guys got skills...So why not?! ^_^

  • Looks to me like you had a professional group of cameramen there.

  • @XanderPortable we are pro at more than just parkour

  • @chippa20 Yeah, I see. You guys are awesome.

  • ... Ninjas.

  • finally a vid which shoes what parkour really is... Thumbs up

  • wow!!! very good!!!! good work!!!

  • Great work in that tree. Fluid and precise.

Incidentally a great music choice too. It's refreshing to see a parkour video that avoids some cheesy rap or that dead bodies song that noobs love to dry hump.

  • You guys are fantastic, im from melbourne and do parkour myself. This video proves that parkour is more than just jumping around and looking cool.

    Great job

  • Very awesome! It's actually legit parkour, no freerunning BS. And when they jump, it looks like they're flying. Btw there's another good parkour video called "Parkour literally"

  • woooooooooooooooohooooooooooooo melbourne rocks australia best parkour ever go parkour australia

    1:05

  • woooooooooooooooohooooooooooooo melbourne rocks australia best parkour ever go parkour australia

  • these guys are sick i remember seeing them

  • wow, this is bananas! In the good way :D

  • agreed awesome parkour video

  • this video... this music... relax my soul

  • Класне відео. Хороший Паркур!

  • I like this because it isn't like every other Parkour show off video. It really expresses the true meaning of Parkour through the beautiful location and flow throughout it. There is no aggression, no competition, and no domination. It is just Parkour in its true form. I give it 2 thumbs up

  • @Mopthedop9 that's true, but don't forget how hard it is to do that and how cool it is if you do it right

  • @Mopthedop9 Australian Traceurs are so awesome and chill.

Australian freerunnners make me bleed internally.

  • Woah Ive never seen this video, this is sick!

  • 0:48 XD

  • the best tree on earth

  • i like the part in trees :D

  • Very good! :) Amazing flow and skill put into this video. Very well done

  • veryvryveryvery beautifoul video of parkour

  • понравилось_))

  • Thier precision is incredible.

  • what you use to move your Cam?

  • ZOMG, this is like a third person form of Mirror's Edge. It's a first-person parkour game if you dont know it.

  • i do parkour and i live in melbourne :P

  • cool

  • Nice video !!!

  • seems like a good place

  • wow bery god

  • i wanna learn how to do this...any tips?

  • beyond beast!!!

  • Great flow/movement and awesome camera work as well.

One of the best video so far here in youtube... ha ha!!

i think I should fly off to Australia this summer... o0OOOOOO!!

    :)

  • 1:02 was epic!!!!

  • i feel the same way when i first started watching skateboarding videos and got so inspired... now i feel like its worn out, rodney mullen and several others are gods for eternity... but this feels fresh and original, a true vision of how the freedom of spirit should be represented... meeting impossible expectations from the masses

  • Comment removed

  • fucking nice vid #OMG but to be perfect you should train and do a little free running

  • @DIRT1602 That's y it's called "Trace Elements", because they are Traceurs, not Free Runners ;-)

  • @DIRT1602 Who says we don't?

  • чистый паркурникакого фрирана. это круто пацаны

  • Treerunning ftw!

  • first time big respect to you, because such a great video you can see rare.

it is a real video to immediately go out and do parkour.

    nice ^ ^ great respect

  • fianlly some parkour that doesnt look like its criminal or running away from a hitman

  • You have a GREAT feel for camera movement.

    -Cnior

  • awesome, good to see real parkour in motion.

  • Wow... so gracefull. well done

  • EASILY THE BEST PARKOUR VID IVE SEEN

  • wow nice styl you do a good job a show parkour is not all about the flips

  • What kind of trees are those at the beginning?

  • @mousetrap128 Ultra special top screet home grown leet PK trained by a David Belle and approved by C.I.A....

wtf do you think what kind of trees, does it matter? Just find a tree and play around with it and on it.

  • @pas22cal actually it does matter. Some trees are fragile rigid or flexible, rough or smooth...Where i'm from, most of the trees are fragile, rough, or covered in branches to where you would have to slice your hand on twigs just to get your hand around the branch. Stuff like that might not matter shit to you, but when 95% of my injuries come from trees it matters to me

I can tell few people respect the you, you definitely dont deserve it. Stop being an asshole and get a life, I have 1.

  • @mousetrap128

If you swing on a tree and you get cuts or bruises it would stand to reason you won't do it again.. if you do well.. that's a different problem..

And just by looking at a tree you can see wether it has rough bark or smooth enough to do crap on..

As for respect from online tawts... i seriously lose sleep over that.

  • @pas22cal really? You must think you're real clever, huh? Newsflash, it's called being an asshole, no other name for it... few people respect them, not just me. I don't need to waste my time though, so you can go ahead have the last word.

  • Rhys is really good.

  • Cool as, me and 2 of my friends were at the city doing pakrour today, we went to alot of the places on the video, im coming to do parkour with parkour association this week at the city soon too, can't wait!

  • @mattox666 i want to start lessons in melbourne too. I think it will compliment my ninjutsu training, although my teacher says it's very different from ninjutsu climbing etc...

  • @SakushinDojoNinjutsu i think you're probably better off learning parkour

  • hey chippa are those trees near the crown casino
