overall, good anatomy, pretty girl, (once again) but...

there's NO WAY (unless she's a contortionist) that her left leg (her left, our right) can bend like that. she shouldn't be complaining about the bump on her knee; she should be freaking out about that leg! (i'm flexible, but i still can't do a pose close to that without being in noticable discomfort.) not dissing your picture, just thought i'd throw that out there.
